The property is fairly clean; brand-new rooms; comfy bed. The staff is helpful and accommodates all of guests' needs. I do recommend it and will come back.

The staff were exceptionally kind, affable, I thoroughly enjoyed them all. The location was perfectly comfortable and the room was fairly clean. Moosach district was worth staying in.

The free WiFi in the room was a lifesaver, allowing me to stay connected and browse the web effortlessly. The soundproofing in the double room was great, ensuring a peaceful and quiet night's sleep.

Personally, I found the garden view in the double room a bit underwhelming.

No reason to complain, the hotel met needs. We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, though everything was nice. It was in a decent location not far from the train station, the public transport, and supermarket five minutes walk away. It also was to Munich centre by train or u-bahn.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including cooking facilities. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The check-in process was easy, with the option of contactless check-in or receiving the key at the reception. The check-out was also hassle-free. We loved the attention to detail, like the nicely folded towels with Haribo candy. The communication with the hotel was seamless, mainly through WhatsApp. The location was great, in a quiet neighborhood near the S-Bahn station. a fantastic experience!

This hotel is a gem! the location is fantastic, with the tram station just a stone's throw away. It's so convenient to hop on and explore the city. Secondly, the staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and are always ready with helpful tips and recommendations. Lastly, the attention to detail in the rooms is impressive. From the nicely folded towels with a sweet treat to the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, everything is taken care of.

We had a city break recently and really appreciated the location of the hotel. It was within walking distance of a supermarket, train station and metro station. We also liked the fact that there was free parking available, both on the street and at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with maps and information about the metro.

Our room was not as clean as we had expected. We noticed blood spots on the door and hair on the bathroom floor.
